Genesis of the Yingzuihongshan Tungsten Deposit, Western Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, North China: Constraints from In Situ Trace Elements Analyses of Scheelite

In situ analyses of trace elements and rare-earth (REEs) were performed by use laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) on scheelite samples from the Yingzuihongshan tungsten deposit in western Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China. The contents Nb, Ta Mo indicate that ore-forming fluid is magmatic hydrotherm exsolved highly fractionated granitic melt. has high REE ∑REE values, a very inhomogeneous distribution REEs exists different grains or even one grain. cathodoluminescence (CL) images display well-developed zoning fine oscillatory zoning. Development closely related to variable REEs, darkness shade CL are mainly determined but they have no correlation with patterns REEs. chondrite-normalized classified as middle (MREEs)-enriched type, except for strong negative Eu-anomaly, which could be REE-flat type MREEs-depleted type. Trace element composition scheelites Yinzuihongshan reflect materials came crust fluids dominantly derived magma an oxidizing environment, dynamic conditions hydrothermal system prevailed during precipitation scheelite. On basis above understanding field geological featured, we considered quartz-vein-hosted genetically associated monzonitic granite.
